Do you want to return/exchange/refund something? No problem!

  • You can return any item for the above reasons within 28 days of receiving your original order. If you’d like a return for your goods but you can’t return them to us for any reason, then a refund for those goods will be at our discretion.
  • If you would like a different size or colour, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.
  • You are required to pay for the price difference upon exchange if required OR if there is a negative price difference, we'll refund the difference back to your original payment method.
  • For customers who wish for a full refund, we will refund the price you paid for your item, including sale items back to your original payment method after we have received the items in good condition.
  • The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!
  • All goods will be inspected on return. We try hard to accept all returns, and returns to us don't need to be in the original packaging. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
  • We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
  • Please make sure to print a copy of your order confirmation / sales invoice enclosed with your order. We don't accept return/exchange/refunds if you cannot provide sufficient proof that it is an item purchased from our store.
  • It is up to you which method you'd like to return the items with, however please note that you'll be responsible for the cost of returning any items.
  • Make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning and obtain proof of posting.


Method 1: Return it back to Slick Case HQ

Customers required to bring along their invoice (confirmation receipt/email) and the items you have ordered wrongly to our headquarters for exchange and pay for the price difference (if applicable). Please find the below information on our shop details:

Method 2: Deliver the items back to Slick Case HQ

Customers may also choose to deliver the items in which they wish to return/exchange/refund back to Slick Case HQ. Please remember to include your order confirmation or invoice (hard copy) in the parcel that you shall return to us. You may deliver the items through HK postal or any courier you’d like, but please bear in mind that you'll be responsible for the cost of returning any items. Once we have received the items, Slick Case will check the conditions of the products received; once approved, we will then proceed for refund/exchange.   • 在確認收到的物品狀態良好後,我們可以提供更換貨品或退貨服務。
  • 若要更換不同貨品則要支付差價;如有負差價,我們將退還差額回到原來的付款方式中。
  • 請務必帶同包裹內的訂單確認/銷售發票副本。如果你無法提供足夠的證據證明它是從我們的商店購買的商品,我們將不接受退貨/更換。
  • 我們將保留最後決定權。
