Wrong order? Mismatched item? Looking for Exchange / Refund / Return? No Worries!

To request a refund or return, the customer has to provide 2-3 photographs proving the damaged / defective condition for internal inspection.

Any defective items found due to wrong orders, please ship the item back to our Hong Kong HQ and we will return with a new one to the customer at our cost.

For defective or damaged before / during the transit, Slick Case will deliver a new item to the customer after inspection. Slick Case will not be responsible for the shipping cost of the returned parcel, yet advised delivering through Standard Post for return parcel.

For those who have already used their item(s), such as MacBook Decal, or unpackaged their items, such as MacBook Case, the individual(s) is/are required to pay an admin fee of 10% of their order value upon exchange/return/refund.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

You can return any item for the above reasons within 28 days of receiving your original order VIA ANY CARRIER SERVICE OF YOUR CHOICE to our headquarter in Hong Kong. All goods will be inspected on return and we will try hard to accept all returns.

We'll refund the price you paid for your item(s), excluding the shipping expense incurred, back to your original payment method after we have received the items in good condition. 

You are required to pay for the price difference upon exchange if required OR if there is a negative price difference, we'll refund the difference back to your original payment method.

For refund and exchange, we will accept all request upon sufficient reasons. The process will take around 7-14 days, the duration also depends on individual bank’s leading time. 

Please make sure to print a copy of your order confirmation/sales invoice enclosed with your order. We don't accept return/exchange/refunds if you cannot provide sufficient proof that it is an item purchased from our store. Pop us a message via email or WhatsApp after you have dispatched your items. Depending on the options available in your country, you'll be responsible for the cost of returning any items.

You can return any item within 28 days of receiving your original order. All products will be inspected on return. We can provide either return or refund service given that the products are in good condition. 

We'll refund the price you paid for your item(s), excluding the shipping expense incurred, back to your original payment method after we have received the items in good condition. You are required to pay for the price difference upon exchange if required; or if there is a negative price difference, we'll refund the difference back to your original payment method.
