(A) Hong Kong - Standard Delivery Mail:

Orders values that are under 75USD are delivered via Hong Kong Postal - Standard Delivery Mail and unfortunately cannot be tracked. Please make sure to keep an eye on the shipping confirmation email. And if your package doesn't arrive after your designated address 10 working days after receiving your shipment confirmation, please immediately contact customer services. We can only accept a claim for loss after this time has passed, so please hold tight before getting in touch.

 

(B) Express Orders for Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan:

(i) Hong Kong: Orders values over 75USD will be delivered via SF Express

(ii) Macau: All orders are delivered via SF Express only.

(iii) Taiwan: All orders are delivery via SF Express only. Customers are given a choice of using "Cash on Delivery (COD)" service or to prepay their shipping charges with us.

After your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a 12-digit tracking number (eg. 856469123007). Please track your delivery parcel with SF Express (http://www.sf-express.com/hk/en/#). If your package doesn't arrive after your designated address 8 working days after receiving your shipment confirmation, please immediately contact customer services.
