What material are your cases made from?

Our MacBook cases come in top and bottom covers, which are made from thin, lightweight and durable materials.
TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) is a flexible plastic, which is great at dispersing forces & protecting your iPhone & MacBook from bumps, scratches & accidental drops.
All designs are printed and brought to life by high-definition laser printing and we do not recommend using cleaning solutions with strong chemicals as this may affect the print. Instead, you can wipe it a soft, damp cloth.
 
Due to the nature of the material, TPU cases tend to turn yellow over time as part of its natural aging process. Some factors to consider also include: exposure to heat, direct sunlight, UV light and/or chemicals. For maximum protection and aesthetica, we highly recommend our cases with black border/bumper!

How protective are your cases?

The 2-piece protective cover ensures that your MacBook is protected from all angles, offering the best protection that you can get.
The hard case is able to absorb the shock if you drop your MacBook and the 1mm cover provides protection from cracks, scratches or any other damage, including repelling water.
The cover has fully vented holes which provide excellent heat dissipation that allows your MacBook to cool in the same way it would without a hard case.
The fine laser cutting also ensures that every port and every hinge is free to work as it should, without any interference or damage.
 
In addition, our keypad covers protect your MacBook against spills, dust, and other contaminants without any annoying keypad interference.

Do you have cases for my iPhone and MacBook model?

We have cases for MacBook models starting from 2010 up, and for iPhone models 7 and up.

Will my case have a logo cutout?

The following designs are printed on MacBook cases without Apple logo cutout, but with refined quality.

Do your cases have actual texture?

All of Slick Case's unique designs (including custom cases) are printed and brought to life by high-definition laser printing and comes in a semi-glossy finish. Please note that there is NO actual paint, glitter or other materials used on the case.
 
*We do not recommend using cleaning solutions with chemicals as it may affect/damage the print on the cases.

Can I print my own design on your cases?

Yes! Our customization tool will allow you to create a case from one of our templates, or a design of your own.

How do I install / remove the cases?

How can I order?

Shopping online is easy-peasy at Slick Case!

You can use the headers at the top of our page to shop for a specific device (MacBook, iPhone, iPad and other accessories).
Hover your mouse over each category to see more options and start shopping!
You can also use the filters on the left side of the page to narrow down your search, or use the search bar to search for a keyword.
 
Select the design that you want, choose the correct size/model and click "Add to Cart".
You can check the products that you've added to your cart by clicking the "Bag" icon on the upper right hand corner of the page.
When you're done shopping, just click "Proceed to Checkout" and enter the information needed to complete your order.
 
Once confirmed, you will receive an email with your order information within a few minutes. If you missed something or need to change anything on your order, kindly email us within 12 hours so that we can update your order.
Order cancellations are only allowed two (2) hours after the purchase. Kindly email us at support@slickcaseofficial.com for further assistance.
 
Note: Make sure you type in your email address correctly so you won't miss your order updates!
BULK ORDERS: Please note that quantities of 20 pieces and up (per SKU/item) is considered bulk order and may require additional processing times.

How do I use a discount code / store credit / voucher on my order?

Please note that only one (1) discount code can be used per transaction and that some discounts are not applicable to sale/outlet items, or require a minimum spend to be qualified.

I forgot to use the promo code on my order. Can I still get a discount?

If you missed typing the promo code on your order, email us at support@slickcaseofficial.co within 3 days after your order.
Kindly include your order number and the promo code that you wish to avail and we will be happy to apply the discount on your purchase.
*Please allow 7 business days for the discount to be refunded back to the payment method used on your order.

Can I still change or modify my order?

Orders are processed on the same day, and changes are allowed only within twelve (12) hours after the purchase.
You will receive a confirmation email a few minutes after check out, so that you can review the items on your order.
We can add or change an item on your order and we will send an invoice or refund the amount, as applicable.
Kindly email us at support@slickcaseofficial.com within 12 hours so that we can accommodate your requests.
No changes can be made after your order has been dispatched.

Why is the charge on my account different from the amount on my order?

Please note that all orders are charged in US Dollars upon checkout.
We recommend contacting your bank to find out their currency exchange rate and their currency policy.

When will I receive my order?

Your orders are processed within twelve (12) hours after purchase. To make sure you get the correct items on your order, we send out order confirmation emails a few minutes after you make the purchase. Please check that all the information on your order are accurate.

We process and forward packages to our couriers for shipping within three (3) business days and you will receive another email with the tracking information.
If you did not see them in your inbox, you may also check your Spam or Junk folder.
Please take note of the following:
Standard Shipping: The tracking status will be updated on the courier website 48-72 hours after receiving the email (via local courier).
Express Shipping: The tracking status will be updated within 24 hours after receiving the email (via FedEx or DHL).

Customs and Import Duties

Slick Case is NOT liable to any unforeseen charges, changes and delays such as strict customs policies and unexpected package inspections. We do not have any control over such circumstances and may, unfortunately, lead to delay your order's delivery time.

Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs. If a package is held by customs or abandoned by the courier due to non-compliance of the buyer, Slick Case will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds.

Should the buyer/receiver refuse to pay the charges and abandon the delivery, Slick Case will deduct the corresponding fee from any refund due.

You may be charged customs duties and taxes for something purchased online because:

  • Duties and taxes are most typically not included in the price of the goods you purchase online, and might not be included in the overall shipping costs you pay to the online retailer.
  • When purchasing goods online, some or all of these goods may not originate in the country you reside in, therefore are subject to a customs duty, which is a tariff or tax imposed on goods when transported across international borders.
  • When goods are not shipped domestically (within your country), you are liable to pay any inbound duties and taxes which your local customs authority deems appropriate.
  • To ensure the courier can deliver your goods in the shortest possible time after entering your country or customs union, the courier pays the customs authority on your behalf for any duties and taxes that are due on the goods.
  • Once the duties and taxes are fully repaid to the courier the goods will be released and delivered to you
  • What is payable, if anything, depends on where the goods are sent from, the type of goods, their transactional value and the weight of the package.

Upon placing an order, Slick Case will send two confirmation emails: the order confirmation email and the shipping confirmation email. Please be sure to check each email to ensure all information has been entered correctly at checkout.

If you notice any mistakes, please email us right away so we can attempt to correct this for you. We can only correct errors prior to shipment. Any changes and/or correction to information after shipment, Slick Case reserves the right to charge a reshipment fee.

WARRANTY & RETURNS

What is your Warranty Policy?

In case the item you purchased is not the best fit, our Return & Exchange Policy is here to help!

You can return any item within 30 days after delivery via any carrier service of your choice.
To arrange an exchange or refund, please fill out the form below, or email us at support@slickcaseofficial.com with your order details and photos of the package you received, and we will do our best to accommodate within our means.

 

*Please note that an admin fee of 10% will be deducted from the refund amount if the item has been unpacked from its original packaging.
All goods will be inspected and we will do our best to accept all returns.

How do I return an item?

You can return any item for an exchange within 30 days after delivery via any carrier service of your choice.

Kindly note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning and reshipping of any items that are ordered incorrectly and any price difference upon exchange, as applicable. If there is a negative price difference, we'll refund the difference back to your account.

Custom Items (Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable)

All custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except when there is a confirmed defect or damage.

Please email us at support@slickcaseofficial.com or click here to fill out our contact form with photos that clearly show the defect/damage, and of the original packaging (including the courier box/packaging) within 14 business days upon delivery. We will send a new item free of charge upon receipt and evaluation of the photos.
